1. What are AlphaESS’s key overseas markets, and how is its international business progressing?

A: AlphaESS has its global headquarters in Nantong, China, and an overseas headquarters in Singapore. We’ve established a global footprint with 30 subsidiaries worldwide, including key markets such as China, Germany, Australia, Italy, the UK, South Africa, the US, etc.

Our core focus regions include:

Europe: Centered in Germany, where we’ve been recognized with the prestigious Top Brand PV award 2024 for both inverters and storage by EUPD Research.

Australia: An early adopter of AlphaESS technology, where we currently hold the No.1 market share in energy storage, according to the Sunwiz Report for 2022 and 2023.

2. What key products is AlphaESS focusing on?

A: Our flagship residential product, the SMILE-G3-S5, stands out with innovative features, including:

• VPP Readiness with Very Fast FCAS Technology: The SMILE-G3-S5 can shift from 0 to 5kW full power discharge in just116 milliseconds, far exceeding the requirements of the Contingency FCAS market.
• Modern Integrated Solutions: Designed to work seamlessly with solar-storage setups and EV-charging solutions, offering a versatile choice for modern households.

The SMILE-G3 series all-in-one residential energy storage system, available for both single-phase and three-phase applications, covers power ranges from 3 to 20 kW. Its modular design makes it easy to install, with multiple inverter and battery options to suit various market demands. The system supports up to 3 MPPTs and allows for 200% PV oversizing; it also offers seamless UPS mode transition and 200% peak overloading. Its batteries use Grade-A LFP cells, extending system lifespan and ensuring stable 1C charging/discharging; the high-voltage batteries reduce energy loss, maximizing efficiency.

For commercial applications, we recommend the STORION-H30 air-cooled cabinet, offering capacities between 34.56-96.77 kWh, controlled by a hybrid inverter in an all-in-one design. It supports both on-grid and off-grid operations, with a unique plug-and-play installation for easier setup. Additionally, it features automatic on/off-grid switching within 30 milliseconds and integrates aerosol fire protection, further enhancing safety and reliability.

3. What new products can we expect from AlphaESS in 2024?

A: We are planning to launch a new product at the All Energy Expo in Australia this October. This stackable system is designed to take installation convenience to the next level. Stay tuned for more details as we get closer to the launch!

4. Can you share the shipment and installation data for 2023?

A:In 2023, AlphaESS shipped 2GWh of products, with 1.6GWh successfully installed globally.

5. What is AlphaESS’s annual manufacturing capacity?

A: AlphaESS operates four advanced manufacturing facilities in Tongzhou and Qidong (Jiangsu Province), Ulanqab (Inner Mongolia), and Kulim (Malaysia). Our annual production capacity reached 3 GWh in 2024, and we expect it to grow to 5 GWh by 2025.

This year, we partnered with JINGDONG Logistics to implement a customized Smart Manufacturing & Warehousing solution, enhancing our inventory management, warehousing, and delivery processes.
