Bluetti launches new home battery storage options: Apex 300, EnergyPro 6K
Bluetti introduced two new energy storage systems, the Apex 300 and EnergyPro 6K, during CES 2025. The company said this was part of its “product era 3.0” as it advanced its offerings with off-grid and residential applications.
Apex 300: Portable power
The Apex 300 is a portable power station that aims up: it has a storage capacity of 2,764 Wh, and a maximum output of 3,840 W. Storage can be added via modular expansion to 58 kWh via 18 units, while up to three Apex 300 units can be hooked together in parallel to increase output to an 11.52 kW maximum.
Bluetti says any additional battery packs are also hot-swappable, meaning removing or adding a battery without powering the system down.
A point of interest is that it supports dual-voltage AC outputs of 120V and 240V, which adds flexibility for operating normal appliances while tackling heavy-duty options such as dryers, central AC, EV chargers, water pumps, and more. The device focuses on North American standard voltage limitations from regular 120V outlets. The dual-use voltage offerings make the device suitable for wider scenarios, with a focus on home backup and off-grid use.
Charging options include solar panels, generators, and EV stations. The maximum solar input capacity is 30,720 W.
The company claimed the Apex 300 has an idle power draw of 20 W.
The product is scheduled for release in Q2 2025, but Bluetti told ESS News that the US release date was likely to be April 2025, and a global release was planned.
No pricing was offered, and at the booth at CES during a visit, the device was behind perspex, making further inspection for clues for the upcoming product more difficult.
EnergyPro 6K home storage
The EnergyPro 6K is aimed at residential and small business users, with a fixed design meant to be placed on walls. Each module uses LFP batteries to offer 5.8kW of power output and 7.68 kWH of storage, scaling up to five units for 29kW of power output and between up to 38.4 kWh of storage.
It can integrate with users’ existing rooftop solar systems to store excess solar power or be added alongside a new installation to provide backup energy when needed.
An optional Smart Distribution Box supports bidirectional EV charging and seamless integration with standby generators. The EnergyPro 6K is also expected to launch in Q2 2025.
Further details around weights, exact dimensions, and efficiencies were not available.
Separately, Bluetti also announced Bluetti Solar +, a solar and battery home power solution designed for Texas homeowners.
