Green light for 740 MWh Spanish battery projects
Spain's Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge (MITECO) has issued favorable environmental impact statements (EIS) for three projects: 200 MWh of storage on a hybrid renewables site, a 340 MWh battery in Malaga, and a 200 MWh project in Asturias.

Construction of Spain’s first grid booster batteries to begin in January
