Emeren Group and PLT energia Srl Partner on 394 MW Battery Storage Portfolio
Emeren Group Ltd ("Emeren" or the "Company") (www.emeren.com) (NYSE: SOL), a leading global solar project developer, owner, and operator, today announced a Development Service Agreement ("DSA") partnership for a state-of-the-art portfolio comprising five Battery Energy Storage Systems ("BESS") in Italy with PLT energia Srl ("PLT"), one of the largest independent Italian groups active in the energy sector from wind and photovoltaic sources. This transaction marks a significant milestone in the development of an impressive 394 MW BESS portfolio.

MW Storage and Fluence deepen partnership to deliver their third energy storage project in Finland
MW Storage AG, a Swiss investment fund experienced in financing, developing, and operating energy storage systems, has selected Fluence Energy B.V. (Fluence), a subsidiary of Fluence Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLNC) to deliver their third battery-based energy storage project in Finland. The 20 MW / 20 MWh project will be located in the south of the country, close to Mäntsälä in Uusimaa.

Alpiq acquires 30 MW battery project in Finland and strengthens its position as a flexibility supplier
Alpiq expands its flexibility portfolio and acquires one of the largest battery energy storage systems (BESS) in Finland. The 30 MW large-scale battery from Merus Power, a leading Finnish technology company, will have one of the highest capacities in Finland and will become operational in Valkeakoski in mid-2025.

Dispatch introduces the Netherlands’ largest stand-alone battery storage system
Dispatch, a Dutch battery developer, is going to construct the Netherlands' largest stand-alone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). This groundbreaking 45MW/ 90MWh utility-scale BESS will be located in the port area of Dordrecht, on a 6000m² site and will be used for grid stabilization by storing excess energy from renewable sources.
